Ayòbámi Olúfadéjì, MD, MBA, is a physician, healthcare executive, and global health innovator committed to expanding access to high-quality care through technology and system-level solutions. As the Managing Director of Global Development at Redesign Health, he leads efforts to expand Redesign's venture builder model into emerging markets. A practicing emergency physician and Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, Ayòbámi has worked across the U.S. and Africa to develop and implement healthcare innovations, co-founding Digital Health Nigeria and WeBelieve Health to support health tech ecosystems and capacity building. With expertise in clinical innovation, digital health, and health system design, he focuses on leveraging technology and sustainable models to improve healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities worldwide.
