Susan Krause is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience in the medical device industry, focusing on quality, compliance, R&D, supplier quality, operations, and manufacturing engineering. She recently held roles as Corporate Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at Integra and Vice President of Global Quality, Compliance, and Risk at Molex, where she managed the COVID-19 response across 136 sites. Krause holds degrees in business management, tool and die engineering and organizational leadership, and is a certified master black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Outside of her professional career, Susan Krause is also dedicated to her family and community. She is married, with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Her passion for helping others is evident in her commitment to providing foster care for 16 children. In addition to her family responsibilities, she remains actively involved in the community, contributing her time and resources to various causes.
