​Vic Kulkarni is a Silicon Valley veteran with 45+ years of leadership in semiconductors and EDA. He is Co-founder and Managing Partner of SiVa ACCESS and advisesstartups through Silicon Catalyst. At Si2, he championed TITAN initiative to advance secure silicon-to-system interoperability. An accomplished technology leader, Vic led Meta-Software to IPO, co-founded Sequence Design, and held executive roles at Apache and Ansys, driving strategy, M&A, and global partnerships. He was named Entrepreneur of the Month by Silicon India and featured in “Global 101 – IIT India’s Intellectual Treasures.” Vic holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MSEE from the University of Cincinnati, which honored him with Distinguished Alumnus (2007) and Lifetime Achievement (2023) awards.
